Dirty Sock looks just like its name. Washed out tan and gray, it is a classic weighted flesh pattern that fishes extremely well when the flesh in the water has been there awhile and has lost its bright pink coloration.

Trout and Dolly Varden can be very particular about flesh color. The weighted Ginger Flesh Fly is usually the first color to come out of the fly box. It is a nice mid spawn color that has a touch of both fresh flesh and old flesh.

If you are fishing the sockeye fry out migration of the early season our custom Thunder Creeks are a must. The Gray version is muted and subtle but doesn't go unnoticed by trout! Swung, stripped or dead drifted, this fly is deadly.

The Olive Thunder Creek is ideal when you want the sparsest of bait fish flies. Whether you are fishing early season on the Kenai, the streams of the Matsu or the rivers of Bristol Bay this little minnow will hook you up. This fly is especially deadly during the early season sockeye fry out-migration.

If you could only choose one color of this fly it would be Dirty Sock. This is the color that opened our eyes to this pattern. After a 4th completely tangled bead rig on a small stream, it was really nice to swing this fly with on a floating line with no split shot, indicator or anything else and catch a ton of fish!

The Spawning Llama is a wicked combination of a flesh & egg fly and the Dolly Llama. The Peachy Orange is the fresh flesh version and fishes particularly well during the early and middle parts of the flesh bite. The Spawning Llama is 4 inches in length and is tied like a standard Dolly Llama. Except it features a hot cone and two 8mm beads tied in between the trailing hook and the body. You'll want a few in your flesh box!

The Cream Alaskan Omelet is a more subtle fly that mimics washed out flesh. It also is less apt to spook wary trout. It is especially effective in the headwaters of rivers even when flesh isn't in the water yet. The rabbit and marabou pulse in the water and trout and Dollies can't resist.

Peachy King, along with Champagne, are the core two colors that need to be in your box. Peachy King is the ideal combination of a somewhat fresh egg that has been in the water a short while. Not as bright as a super fresh egg like Flame, but bright enough to grab the attention of trout and Dollies.
