The 50/50 Red Roe is a great color to use in darker murky water or behind spawning sockeye and kings. Add a little Troutify Bead Paint to jazz it up even more. The 50/50 Concept: 50/50 beads designed to mimic eggs that have been sitting on the river bed, where one side of the egg is exposed to light and the other side still has been shielded by the bottom. The exposed side of a natural egg will turn a milk white as uv light breaks down the natural proteins of the egg. Often the eggs will get washed up and become targets for trout and char. Packs come with 10 bead stops.

Try these in larger sizes with high, off colored water and smaller sizes in low clear water. Add some Troutify Bead Paint in Purple Haze or UV Glo to give the bead an unfair advantage. 10 beads per pack. Packs come with 10 bead stops.

The Creamsicle Soft Bead is one color that mimics "dead" eggs from pink, chum and king salmon. This is a great color to fish when the spawn is going off and the fish are feasting. It continues to fish late into spawn when fresh eggs are disappearing. This is also a great color for steelhead when the water is low and clear or when the bright, extravagant colors are turning fish off. It is also a money color for fall steelhead on the Kenai Peninsula. Try adding UV Glo Troutify Bead Paint for when the dark, stormy days are rolling.
