The Gray Stinger Chumpy is slightly more translucent in the water and entices predatory trout to chase it down and hammer it. Gray is a the back up color you want when Olive isn’t getting it done.
Stinger Chumpy – Gray #6
The Stinger Chumpy is tied with a fine barred synthetic material that is almost translucent in the water while also giving the impression of parr marks. The front shank is a clipped 45 degree jig hook that gives the fly amazing action. The eyes are very realistic and heavy enough to make the fly dip and dive on every strip! Stinger Chumpies are 2.25″ in length.
