The Popcorn Shrimp is cleverly tied so the rubber legs pulse in the water as you retrieve it. Pairs of legs are tied either perpendicular to the hook shank or at a 45-degree angle. When you strip the fly, they flex back and return to their original position during the pause. It is a super realistic swimmer in the water.
