Question:
Howdy Brad,
I have been tying flesh flies for many years for the Kenai. I am an Alaskan. It is hard to see the colors from the small samples on the screen. I have always used what I call "dirty dishwater", which is an off white/gray-ish(kind of). Do you think the flesh color is what I am describing? I do not want any brown color at all. I am out of state for the winter and in an area where I can't find what I am looking for.
Many thanks,

Answer:
Hi Dean,
Thank you for reaching out to us. The color that you are describing sound just like Hareline’s “Flesh” color of rabbit. It is the same color that is used in our flesh fly that we call Dirty Sock. I have had some pretty good fishing on the lower Kenai in October using this color. The other color of flesh that I like is called cream. It has a almost slight yellowish tinge to it.
I hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you have anymore questions that we can assist with.
Best Regards,
Mike Cole
