Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order. We do not accept returns on:
- Flies
- Gift Certificates
- Sale Items
We endeavor to ship orders the same day or the next day after receiving them. Once we ship an order and it is in the USPS system, we do not have control over when it will be delivered. We are not responsible for shipping delays and refunds won’t be issued for late arriving items. If you need your order on very short notice or have time constraints, please contact us and we are happy to come up with a plan to get your order to you in time.
Returned goods must be in absolutely new condition. Packaging must be in new condition with tags still on the merchandise, waders and boots can only have been tried on inside, rods & reels can show no sign of use. We will refund the purchase price minus our shipping cost to you. You are responsible for packaging the return so it arrives in new condition as well as paying for return shipping.
All returned orders are subject to a 25% restock fee.
If we make a mistake on your order, we will incur all expenses to make it right for you.
Alaska Fly fishing Goods collects personal information when you make a purchase from us. The information is used to properly fill your order and to contact you if necessary. The information you give to us is stored securely (See Security) and is used to speed the process of ordering when you reorder from us.
The information you give us when ordering is not shared and we will use the information only to fulfill your order.
Our website also offers you the opportunity to subscribe to our email newsletter. Should you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Before your email address is added to our newsletter list, you must confirm your subscription.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address for only one purpose – to send you our e-mail newsletter. We don’t share email addresses with anyone, for any reason. If at any time you wish to remove your name from our email list, our newsletter contains a simple “unsubscribe” line in every issue.
Please note that you will receive emails confirming any purchases and notifying you of when your order is shipped. This use of your email address is completely separate from our email newsletter.
