Thanks for this insightful question John. In our opinion, if your brother leaves Dolly Llamas lying around, he has in essence forfeited a part of his ownership. At that point, you are free to take a few, but not all of them. 

We always suggest storing your Dolly Llamas in a fly box with a secure lock and out of the view of your brothers.
