Hello Alaska Fly Fishing, I have moved to Juneau from Hawaii and want to practice fly fishing. My friend at the Anchor River Fly shop in Anchor point Ak has taken me out a for my first time. Now I want to really practice and learn how to cast. I understand the concepts and would really love a place I could go to simply practice casting a couple thousand times. I don’t even care if I am catching fish at first. I really just don’t want to embarrass my friends with my current cast when I fish when then in October. Hi, I’m interested in this echo ion XL fly rod combo, the Alaska ready in a six wt but I see you only offer it in 9 foot length. I think I would prefer the 10 foot length.
