The Chartreuse version is a silver and king slayer. Plenty of attraction and a great profile means hook ups! A shaggy dubbed body has long hackle fibers wound through and then it is counter-wrapped with thin wire to give the fly great durability. The Chartreuse Klamath Intruder is light enough to fish in slow current or when fish are shying from larger offerings. It is a terrific looking fly. Brett's Klamath Intruder is a mere 1 3/4" in length. It is tied on a tiny 15mm shank and has an Octopus #4 hook. If the hook gets damaged you can swap it out for a new one. It has tiny lead eyes so you will want to fish it with a sink tip line or a bit of weight to get it down.
