Description
These fast sinking, level tips use tungsten powder for density, not lead and, as a result, are supple, do not kink and sink like a rock.
With Rio’s low stretch core technology, they are extremely sensitive to soft grabs and ensure fast, solid hook sets.
Each tip is designed to be cut and tuned to the angler’s individual fishing and casting requirements.
-T-8 240 grains (6-7 in/sec, white)
-T-11 330 grains (7-8 in/sec, green)
-T-14 420 grains (8-9 in/sec, blue)
-T17 510 grains (9-10 in/sec, black)
-T20 600 grains (10 + in/sec, none)
You can fish them as shooting heads off of a running line or cut them down to build your own sink tips to match a specific situation. Great for use with Skagit style shooting heads. Whether you are on a big river, lake, or small stream with deep pools, these lines can be made to do what you need.
