Sage 4200 Reel

$289.00 each

The 4200 is one of our favorite reels from Sage. As soon as you pick it up you know it's a winner. Light in the hand but sturdy, perfectly proportioned, and a smooth sealed drag. A great reel, especially for the price.

From Us:
The award winning 4200 is machined from solid aircraft grade aluminum and features Sage's fully sealed SCS Floating Tripod drag unit for smooth, maintenance-free performance.

A precisely calibrated, one-revolution drag knob allows for quick, reliable adjustments you need to hook and play the big ones. The drag knob is star-shaped making it easy to grab with cold hands. There is is one full revoltion of the knob from zero drag to full drag and each detente can be felt with a click and is numbered so you can set the drag exactly where you want it. The 4200's are Hard Anodized for surface protection and fully saltwater safe.

If you are putting it on a switch rod here are our suggestions:
7-8 weight switch rod -> 4210 reel
5-6 weight switch rod -> 4280 reel

From Sage:
