Tuesday Tying Nights @ The Shop
Join us every Tuesday through March from 530-730pm.
Each Tuesday we will feature a different fly or technique. You can join in or tie whatever you like. Vises and tools are available to borrow or bring your own. A fun and relaxing atmosphere is the goal and you do not need to be a pro to join in.
It is a great way to beat the winter blues, meet some fellow anglers and start dreaming about spring fishing. Fly tying nights only go through the end of March, so don't wait!
Intro to Fly Tying Class

Learn to tie flies in less than two weeks! Our intro class focuses on learning solid tying techniques and features flies that slay fish locally. By the end of the 4 sessions, you will be able to tie 6 or more patters and have the skills to tie many more.
We'll also discuss local fishing spots, effective techniques, and additional flies you may want to learn to tie. Get a jump on the seasons and you'll catch more fish this year.
All tools and materials are included. Cost is $95 + Tax in advance. Class is limited to 6.; Instructors are Brad & Mike. Call the shop or stop in to sign up.

We have created two maps of fishing areas on the Juneau road system.

You can click to view either map and print them out.
To find out what areas are currently fishing well, check out the latest Juneau Fishing Report or contact us.

Map #1 shows the entire road system as well as a blow up of the Mendenhall Valley.

Map #2 has detailed maps of four local areas: Echo Cove, Fish Creek, Peterson Creek, and Sheep Creek.
