Dave's Flexament

Dave's Flexament is a staple of fly tyers everywhere. It dries clear and stays flexible even when it is dry.

Flexament can be used as head cement as well as during the tying process. Feather wings, especially turkey, can be coated to keep them from fraying. Spun deer hair flies can be coated to keep the ends of the cut hair from absorbing water.

Flexament does tend to harden in the bottle. Get a bottle of thinner and you can thin it 2-3 times. The ideal consistency is just a little thicker than water. One ounce bottle.
