Brad Elfers - Owner. Brad has worked as a river guide, fly fishing guide and ski instructor in Southeast Alaska and the Interior. Mike Cole - Web Site Manager. Mike guided extensively in Alaska for 12 years. As a guide, he worked on some of the finest rivers in Bristol Bay. Chas Burke - Retail Sales. Chas started fly fishing in 1960 and spent his youth working in his father's tackle shop in Oregon. After fishing all over the west coast, Chas found himself in Juneau. He is a very creative fly tier and artist.

Cory Hanson - Retail Sales and Instructor. Cory grew up in West Yellowstone Montana and Juneau. He is an avid fly angler and works as a ski patroler in the winter. Cory is an active member of Juneau Mountain Rescue.
