Brad Elfers - Owner. Brad has worked as a river guide, fly fishing guide and ski instructor in Southeast Alaska and the Interior. In 1998 he opened Juneau Fly Fishing Goods, Southeast Alaska's first full-service fly shop. Mike Cole - Web Site Manager. Mike has guided extensively in Alaska for the past 11 years. As a guide, he worked on some of the finest rivers in Bristol Bay. Chris Casey - Retail Manager. Chris began his career as a guide on the rivers of Montana. He has worked for Juneau Flyfishing Goods since 2001. Chris has fished extensively in Southeast Alaska.

Chas Burke - Retail Sales. Chas started fly fishing in 1960 and spent his youth working in his father's tackle shop in Oregon. After fishing all over the west coast, Chas found himself in Juneau. He is a very creative fly tier and artist.
